Hi, I’m Naina, a junior and student journalist at the University of Texas at Austin, originally from the Bay Area in California.

I am especially passionate about reporting on politics and social issues, as well as visual storytelling. Currently, I’m an editorial intern for Texas Monthly and the photo editor for The Daily Texan. I also freelance report for the Austin American-Statesman, covering biweekly Bee Cave City Council meetings.

In the past, I’ve worked as a senior news reporter and investigative reporter for The Daily Texan, as well as an editorial intern for the Austin Chronicle.
